Christmas Party Magician for London, Kent & Across the UK
Make your Christmas party one that people genuinely remember.
I’m Bob Pound, a professional magician with more than 30 years of experience performing at Christmas parties, corporate events, private celebrations and major events across London, Kent, throughout the UK and internationally.
Close-up magic works particularly well at Christmas parties because it gets people talking, laughing and interacting. Whether your guests are colleagues, clients, friends or family, the magic creates an immediate shared experience and helps bring the room together.
Corporate Christmas Party Magician
If you are organising a company Christmas party, office celebration, end-of-year event or corporate dinner, close-up magic can fit naturally into the evening without interrupting the flow of the event.
I can perform during:
Drinks receptions
Pre-dinner drinks
Christmas dinners
Between courses
Networking events
Office parties
Awards evenings
Private Christmas celebrations
The performance is flexible and can be adapted around your venue, timings and number of guests.
Close-Up Magic for Christmas Parties
Close-up magic happens right in front of your guests.
I move between small groups performing interactive magic using cards, borrowed objects and everyday items.
There is no stage required and no need for everybody to stop what they are doing.
This makes it ideal for busy Christmas parties where guests are eating, drinking, chatting and moving around the room.
Magic That Gets People Talking
One of the biggest benefits of having a magician at a Christmas party is the way it brings people together.
Corporate Christmas events often include people from different departments, offices or teams who may not normally spend much time together.
Magic gives everyone something to react to and talk about.
Within moments, a group of people who may barely know one another can be laughing and sharing the same experience.
Christmas Dinner Entertainment
Magic can also work particularly well during a seated Christmas dinner.
I can perform around the tables between courses, making sure guests are entertained without interrupting speeches, food service or other parts of the evening.
This can be a very effective way of keeping the atmosphere lively throughout dinner.
Parlour and Stage Shows for Christmas Events
If you would prefer all of your guests to watch together, I can also perform a parlour or stage show as part of your Christmas event.
This can work particularly well after dinner, during an awards evening, at a company celebration or as a featured piece of entertainment within the event.
The show can be adapted to suit the size of the audience, venue and running order, giving you the choice of close-up magic, a stand-up show, or a combination of both.
Experienced Professional Magician
I have been performing professionally for more than 30 years and have entertained at corporate events, weddings, private parties and major events throughout the UK and internationally.
Alongside performing, I have also worked behind the scenes as a magic consultant for television and live productions.
My approach is relaxed and friendly.
I want guests to enjoy the interaction as much as the magic itself, so nobody is embarrassed or put under pressure.
Capturing the Reactions
With permission, I can sometimes capture short moments of the magic from my point of view using smart glasses.
This can provide some fantastic footage of genuine reactions, laughter and surprise as the magic happens.
Suitable clips can then be shared with the organiser after the event, giving you an extra memory from the Christmas party.
Christmas Party Magician in London, Kent & Throughout the UK
I regularly perform at events throughout London, Kent and the South East, including Sevenoaks, Tunbridge Wells, Bromley, Maidstone, Surrey, Sussex and Essex.
I am also available for Christmas parties throughout the UK and internationally.

Private Christmas Parties
Christmas magic is not just for corporate events.
I can also perform at private Christmas parties, family celebrations and festive gatherings.
Close-up magic works particularly well in homes, hotels, private dining rooms and smaller venues because it requires very little space and can be adapted to suit the number of guests.
When Should I Book a Christmas Magician?
Christmas dates can fill quickly, particularly Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays during November and December.
If you already have your venue and date confirmed, it is worth checking availability as early as possible.
