I’m Bob Pound, a professional magician with more than 30 years of experience performing close-up magic, parlour and stage shows, and bespoke entertainment for weddings, corporate events, private parties, trade shows and special occasions.

I have been involved in professional magic for more than 30 years, both as a performer and as a consultant.
My experience includes performing at a Royal Wedding, major corporate events, weddings, private celebrations and international events, alongside work on television productions and stage shows.
Television and Live Magic Consultancy
Alongside performing, I have worked as a magic consultant on television productions and shows, helping to create and develop magic for some of the best-known names in the industry.
That experience influences the way I approach every live performance.
The magic should feel impossible, but the audience should also enjoy the experience.

I was part of the team behind Miracles, which received a BAFTA Craft nomination.
My work behind the scenes has given me a deep understanding of how to create strong, memorable magic for both live audiences and television.

A Personal Approach
Every event is different.
I do not simply arrive and perform the same material in exactly the same way.
The style, pace and type of magic can be adapted around your guests, venue and running order.
For some events, I can also create bespoke magic around a company, product, person or special occasion.
Capturing Genuine Reactions
With permission, I can sometimes capture short moments of the magic from my point of view using smart glasses.
This can create some fantastic footage of genuine reactions, laughter and surprise as the magic happens.
Suitable clips can then be shared with the organiser, bride and groom, or host after the event.
